Consults are online for the moment.
When it comes to complementary medicine I highly suggest that you let your primary care physician be aware that you are taking this route. Most medical practitioners today and in Trinidad & Tobago are quite open to the use of alternative forms of care once they are safe, non-interactive with current medications, not contra-indicative with past/current health concerns and of course, effective. In fact, many practitioners DO use essential oils and flower essences as well as other alternative and complementary medicines and approaches for themselves!
Gentle reminder, I am a counselling psychologist so I am fully equipped to assist you with concerns regarding mental and emotional health. I am not a medical practitioner, so depending on your needs I may need to speak with your doctor or I will reach out to my personal medical network if necessary which consists of general practitioners, general surgeons and consultants in various fields.

Full Consult: Flower Essences + Essential Oils
When you want to do both! This is a one-hour consult about the best essential oils and flower essences for your personal needs. We do a thorough medical history, current medications, your goals and choose the best way forward together with a holistic treatment plan.
$500 (includes the flower essence remedy).
I will also formulate the essential oil item(s) for you at an extra cost from $60-120.
There can be a small price increase if you choose a rare or precious oil as part of your blend. It is usually unnecessary but I will alert you to this before-hand.

Flower Essence Consult ONLY
About 45 - 60 minutes (sometimes less) - we have a chat about your current life concerns and I can make my suggestions from there. This does not require an extensive health intake as the remedies do not interact with any medications or supplements nor are they contraindicative to health issues.
$500 (includes the 1oz bottle of personalized remedy which is a one-month supply).

This is a one-hour consult about the best essential oils and their most beneficial application route for your personal needs. We do a thorough medical history, current medications, your goals and choose the best way forward together with a treatment plan.
$500.
