Creating flower essences involves placing fresh flowers in a bowl of spring water and allowing them to soak in the sunlight for several hours. During this time, the water absorbs the flowers' energetic imprint, which is then preserved with a small amount of alcohol (often brandy). The resulting essence can be ingested, applied to the skin, or added to baths.
