Shadow Work
Shadow work is an inner healing practice rooted in Jungian psychology. It invites you to explore the aspects of yourself that you’ve repressed, denied, or judged. These “shadows” might show up as:
-
Emotional triggers
-
Self-sabotage or perfectionism
-
Guilt, shame, or insecurity
-
Patterns in relationships
-
Difficulty setting boundaries

These “shadows” are not bad or wrong; they are simply the pieces of us that developed in response to past experiences, cultural expectations, or moments when we felt unsafe to be fully ourselves.

Shadow work is an invitation for us to turn inward with compassion, courage, and curiosity. By bringing these hidden parts into the light, we gain a deeper understanding of who we are, why we react the way we do, and what we truly need in order to evolve.

By illuminating these hidden parts, you reclaim your power and rediscover the wholeness that’s always been within you.
