Shadow Work
This is a six-session package where we can make inroads into shifting your shadow into consciousness. There, we can ease emotional dysregulation, determine the root of your behaviours and find a gentle stream of peace.
Oils & Essences
I have been working with both essential oils and flower essences for 20 years. I am happy to show you how to use these for your best benefit and I offer oil blends and remedies for sale.
Dream Processing
One of my favourite things to do! I go exploring with you into your dreamscapes so we may find meaning there and awaken it into your daily life.
Shadow Work
Shadow work is an inner healing practice rooted in Jungian psychology. It invites you to explore the aspects of yourself that you’ve repressed, denied, or judged and to befriend them.

Dream Processing
Freud considered dreams to the the "royal road to consciousness" and this is the foundation of the work we will do together to discern what treasures your dreamscapes offer that you can bring to consciousness and activate into daily life. Such a thing is life-changing and empowering.
We can deep-dive into your specific dreamworld in individual sessions. We will not only look into personal meaning-making, but add one or more intuitive approaches to help with clarification and cementing the lessons offered.
